The thermocouple hub covers extension-grade cable for connecting Type J, K, E, and T thermocouples to their instruments, spanning 54 SKUs across the EX, JX, KX, and TX sub-categories along with additional glass-insulated single-pair options. A thermocouple itself works by joining two dissimilar metal alloys at a hot junction, generating a small voltage when heated that's measured at the cold junction to determine temperature.

Common across industrial, automotive, and medical applications, thermocouples are especially useful in high-heat environments where other temperature sensing methods can't survive, and this extension wire lineup is what carries that signal reliably from sensor to instrument.
