TelcoFlex List 4 (also L4 or IV) cable is a single conductor telecommunications DC power cable designed for standard central office and network power distribution applications, including flame-resistant, low-smoke, zero-halogen TelcoHyde™ 5221 insulation, suitable for controlled indoor telecom environments, just like L2 and L3. List 4 cables, however, are a hyrbrid of the other two, combining finer stranding for flexibility with a saturared cotton braid jacket provides added toughness.  Unlike L2 and L3 cables, L4 is not made in sizes smaller than 8 AWG.
