TelcoFlex List 3 (also L3 or III) cable is a single conductor telecommunications DC power cable designed for standard central office and network power distribution applications, including flame-resistant, low-smoke, zero-halogen TelcoHyde™ 5221 insulation, suitable for controlled indoor telecom environments, just like L2 and L4. However, L3's class B stranding makes it harder to bend or kink, while its saturared cotton braid jacket provides added toughness.
