How do I find the product I am looking for?
You can either enter the information you do have in the search bar at the top of the page or look under the categories that fit your product item best. When choosing a category you will then have a pop up on the left hand side of the screen where you can choose the gauge size, number of conductors, conductor material, and jacket type.
If you are still unable to find the product that you need please call us at 888.681.1768. We source from dozens of suppliers and locations, we we're often able to find items beyond what is published on our website.
How do I request a quote?
Select the item you would like quoted and click on "Add To Quote" to get a quote started. You can add as many items as you would like to for that quote request. The dark blue icon at the bottom of the product page that says "Request a Quote" will bring you to your quote at any time while shopping. If you prefer you can click on the Contact Us page or call 888.681.1768 to talk with us about your needs.
I have a part number. How do I find the item on your website?
You can enter your part number in the search bar at the top of the page. You may also enter the brand or keywords to help you narrow your search. If you are still not able to find the item that you are looking for, let us know. We're happy to talk with you!
What discounts do you offer for larger orders?
We offer great savings including free ground shipping in the continental US for all orders over $1,000.
For orders over $5,000 there is an automatic 5% discount taken at checkout. And for orders over $10,000, we take off 10% at checkout.
Of course, we can also provide a quote for any purchase and are happy to see what kind of deals we can find for you. Just use the "Add to Quote" button from any product page to place your request, or give us a call.
Finally, if you aren't already on our email list, we send out promotions from time to time, and even offer 10% off your next order just for signing up!
Do you offer net payment terms?
We can offer net 30 terms for existing customers. If you have any questions or are an existing customer who would like net 30 terms please let us know. As a small business, we are unlikely to offer terms that extend beyond 30 days.
How can I get a copy of my paid invoice?
After you have received your order you should receive an email with your paid invoice attached. If you have not received it or need another copy, please use the contact us form or call 888.681.1768.

I'm ordering for the first time, do you offer any discounts for first time customers?
Yes, when you sign up for our newsletter you will receive a code for 10% off of your first order. After that you will be sent emails periodically with updates on new products and upcoming sales.
The price says $0.00 on the item I need. What does that mean?
It means that we would need to check to see if the item is in stock and confirm current pricing. This appears on items where stock has just come in and pricing is not updated from our supplier or it is low in stock and we need to confirm that we have the amount requested. Please submit a quote request, Contact Us, or call us at 888.681.1768 to get pricing and stock information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for credit card payments. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. For large orders, we can accept ACH or wire transfers. Generally, we only accept payment by check or offer net terms to returning customers.
