Belden 8307 22/7P RS-232 Low Cap Cable TC Shielded CMG SR-PVC/PVC 300V Chrome

This 22 AWG multi-pair cable supports EIA RS-232 data transmission and computer communication applications. It features seven twisted pairs of stranded tinned copper conductors insulated with semi-rigid PVC (SR-PVC) for stable electrical performance. The cable is shielded with an overall Beldfoil® shield (100% coverage) and a 65% coverage tinned copper braid to reduce susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference. The overall construction is enclosed in a PVC jacket and is rated for CMG installations.

Applications

8307 is designed for RS-232 extended distance applications; computer communications; low voltage analog signals (4-20ma, 0-10v, ...); low voltage digital control (24v, …); line level audio; panel wiring.
