Description
This 19 gauge 1 conductor 50 Ohm cable is a wireless transmission coaxial cable. It has a gas injected foam HDPE insulation that stands for High Density Polyethylene and a Duofoil shield with a PE jacket. The Duofoil shield, made of an aluminum/polyester/aluminum laminate, covers the core of the cable and provides a 100% coverage. This shield protects the conductor from noise interference, gives extra insulation, is light-weight, and sturdy. On top of that is a tinned copper braid shield that gives 90% coverage with even greater protection. Some applications for this cable include: point to point and point to multipoint wireless antenna communications, wireless microphones, two way radios, and GPS.
