Description
This 1 AWG, 3-conductor VFD motor supply tray cable (TC-ER) from Belden Basics features segmented bare grounding conductors, providing a robust, standard construction solution for variable frequency drive installations where superior grounding and noise control are critical.
Overall dual bare copper tape shields helically applied with 100% coverage for crack resistance and high frequency noise conduction.
The Exposed Run (TC-ER) rating means this cable meets crush and impact requirements, so it can be installed outside of a cable tray without continuous mechanical protection, unlike standard tray cables that must be enclosed in conduit, raceway, or similar protective systems.
Applications
29528C is designed for use as a variable frequency drive (VFD) cable, AC motor and drive system, Class 1 Division 2 Locations
