Description

This 14 AWG 24 twisted pair tray cable (TC) is a 600V UL-rated instrumentation and control cable with drains and individual/overall Beldfoil® shield for reliable signal protection. Beldfoil® is Belden’s aluminum/polyester foil shield that provides 100% coverage to help block EMI and RFI while maintaining a lightweight, flexible cable design.

The Exposed Run (ER) rating on this cable means it meets crush and impact testing requirements, and is therefore tough enough to run outside a cable tray without additional protection, unlike standard tray cables which must be installed inside a conduit, raceway or other protection.

Applications

Designed for use in Class I Division II hazardous locations, cable tray installations as UL Type TC-ER tray cable, industrial instrumentation and control wiring, outdoor or exposed applications requiring a sunlight and oil resistant PVC jacket, and UL approved for direct burial.
