Description
This 20 AWG 2 twisted pair power limited tray cable (PLTC) is a 300V UL-rated instrumentation and control cable. It includes an additional 22 AWG communication conductor, PVC insulation, individual and overall shielding, and a black PVC jacket for reliable signal protection in industrial control applications.
The Exposed Run (ER) rating on this cable means it meets crush and impact testing requirements, and is therefore tough enough to run outside a cable tray without additional protection, unlike standard tray cables which must be installed inside a conduit, raceway or other protection.
Applications
1075A is designed for use in industrial control, raceways, cable trays and ducts, digital control, instruments (4-20ma, 0-10v, ...),low voltage digital control (24v, …), encoders, control circuits, distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), solenoids, valves, actuators and positioners.

- 20 AWG stranded (7x28) bare copper conductors
- 2 twisted pairs: black and white
- 22 AWG stranded (7x30) single bare copper conductor
- Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) insulation
- Beldfoil® inner shield on each pair
- 22 AWG stranded (7x30) tinned copper drain wire with each pair, inner shield
- Overall Beldfoil® shield (100% coverage)
- 20 AWG stranded (7x28) tinned copper drain wire with outer shield
- Black Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) outer jacket with ripcord
