Belden 1072A 16/12P 600V Tray Cable BC Shielded TC-ER/NPLF PVCNYL/PVC Black

This 16 AWG 12 pair extended run instrumentation cable is designed for industrial control and signal transmission in raceways, cable trays, and ducts. It features stranded bare copper conductors with PVC/Nylon insulation, an overall Beldfoil® shield with 100% coverage, a 16 AWG tinned copper drain wire, and a black PVC jacket. 

The Exposed Run (ER) rating on this cable means it meets crush and impact testing requirements, and is therefore tough enough to run outside a cable tray without additional protection, unlike standard tray cables which must be installed inside a conduit, raceway or other protection.

Applications

1072A is designed for use in industrial control, raceways, cable trays and ducts, digital control, instruments (4-20ma, 0-10v, ...), low voltage digital control (24v, …), encoders, control circuits, distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC), solenoids, valves, actuators and positioners.
