Description
This 16 AWG 4 conductor Lutze Silflex tray cable with exposed run (TC-ER) is a flexible multi-conductor used for machine and device construction, HVAC technology, and other industrial applications. The Exposed Run (ER) rating on this cable means it meets crush and impact testing requirements, and is therefore tough enough to run outside a cable tray without additional protection, unlike standard tray cables which must be installed inside a conduit, raceway or other protection. Lutze is one of the leading companies in industrial cable worldwide.
Applications:
- Tray cable with exposed run (open wiring) approval for machine plant construction, HVAC technology, assembly and production lines, and other industrial applications
- Complaint with NFPA 79 for machine tool wiring
- WTTC wind turbine tray cable rating for use in wind power generation
- Dry, damp, and wet locations
- Non-wicking fillers
